Tracy is a graduate of Davenport University in Grand Rapids, with over 30 years of management experience. She has worked at Unity since 1997, witnessing and assisting with tremendous growth over that time.
Tracy and her husband Brad have made their home in Kalamazoo since 1995. They enjoy spending time with their several nieces and nephews, as well as camping and going "up north" to visit family. They are big Sparty fans and have MSU season football tickets! GO GREEN! Tracy also enjoys crafts, scrapbooking, movies and live theater.
Brent is a music director and pianist living in Kalamazoo and a graduate of WMU's School of Music. Brent believes that music has the power to bring people together and to lift us all up to be better versions of ourselves.
Brent has performed and directed in many aspects of musical theatre, including the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre, Farmers Alley Theatre, and even had the opportunity to perform with the national tours of 'Beautiful, the Carol King Musical' and 'Les Miserables' for their stops here in Kalamazoo.
In addition to theatre music, Brent has taught music at the Gagie School, the Gilmore Piano Lab program, Crescendo Academy of Music, and Western Michigan University's School of Theatre.
When he is not working Brent likes to enjoy time with his two dogs, cooking or baking, and to spend as much time outside as possible with nature.
Rachel first became acquainted with Unity of Kalamazoo in 1992, began to regularly attend in 1996, established membership in JUNE 1998 and has raised 3 children in the Unity message.
After attending the University of Detroit for 2 and ½ years to study Architecture, Rachel furthered her education at KVCC where she completed the Medical Coding and Billing Curriculum and went on to earn her Associates Degree in Business Administration. Currently she is a Senior at WMU. Rachel has been employed full time in Health Care since 2003 and as the part time Bookkeeper for Unity since 2009.
Rachel and her husband John have enjoyed raising their children at their home in Portage MI since 2000.

Marion has attended Unity off and on since 2006, joining the staff in 2017. She also works as a travel agent and event planner. Marion, who is disabled due to chronic illness, has a little white service dog you may see at Unity from time to time.
